In this study, I suggest to use history of science for teaching scientificreasoning of scientists. I provide some educational materials from history ofparticle theory developed by Gay-Lussac, Dalton, Avogadro, Cannizzaro, etc.
This study shows that educational materials using history of science help toimprove teaching by compensating for revised science curriculum of Korea.
